Subject
One of the most interesting things about art is its diversity. In line with this, your entry to our Competition is to be about the “Colours of Africa”.
Contestant must be within the age of (7-17)
Size of artwork
There is no specification in regards to the size of your artwork as all submissions will be made digitally. Please submit your artwork in the format of a scanned document to enable our judges to view it clearly.
Use of Materials
You may use any type of paper, white, coloured, rough or smooth. The work that you submit may be drawn or painted in pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, crayon, pastel, watercolour, gouache, acrylics, oils, poster colour and collage. Only digitally produced works using any artwork software may be submitted to the Competition by filling this form Ayanski Children’s Design Competition Submission. A scanned image of original artwork is the preferred method to be used under these circumstances.
Originality
Your work should be original and unaided. Please do not copy another person’s work. Any source imagery must be indicated at the time of entry. Failure to properly reference any source imagery may result in disqualification.
Number of Entries
You may submit up to two entries per individual but each entry must have its own completed Application Form securely attached to it. Only individual entries will be accepted and they may be submitted directly by you, by your school, or by your art group.
Information Required
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHERE ARTWORK IS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE RELEVANT APPLICATION FORM BEING FULLY COMPLETED, IT WILL NOT PROGRESS TO THE PRELIMINARY JUDGING STAGE OF THE COMPETITION.
The Closing Date
The closing date for receipt of entries to the Competition is Friday, 7th May 2021 and your age for entry is as of that date click here to send an entry.
